Why Volunteer at ICOSF?
Volunteers are the lifeblood of ICOSF. From running events to coordinating ghusl, hosting visitors, and supporting the food bank — our community runs on the time and skills given freely by people like you. Every hour you give counts.

Areas of Service
There is a place for every skill, schedule, and passion. Choose what fits you.
Events Team
Help organize and run community events — from Eid celebrations to Ramadan iftars, fundraisers, and family nights.
Ghusl Team
Trained volunteers (separate male and female teams) who perform the ritual washing of the deceased per Islamic guidelines.
Saturday Programs
Assist teachers, supervise students, and support classroom activities for our weekend Quran and Islamic studies programs.
Youth & Sports
Mentor youth, coach sports activities, chaperone trips, and help run our youth programming.
Food Bank & Hospitality
Help distribute food to families in need, coordinate hospitality for visitors, and support iftar meals during Ramadan.
Security & Operations
Support Friday prayer security, parking coordination, ushering during high-traffic events, and general operations.
